Established in 2012, Greens Catering Services are a family run business based in Loughborough, offering homemade, high quality catering for weddings, corporate occasions and events.

Greens are chosen caterers to a number of prestigious venues within Leicestershire, as well as blue chip companies and local Town Halls. We have catered for Red Bull, Thomas Cook, Virgin Formula E and the Lawrence Dallagio Foundation to name but a few.

Our mission is to provide completely homemade, delicious catering options, using local suppliers and ingredients. Whether made at our five star premises and brought to your venue, or cooked in front of your guests—no matter the size of your event—Greens will deliver excellence in your food and service.

From canapes on arrival to a three course sit down meal, we will work with you to create your perfect menu, tailor-made to suit your budget and your palate.

Greens have catered for a wide range of weddings, corporate events, themed menus and launches. We also provide an array of traditional and vintage crockery options, linen, uniformed staffing and event planning service.

Danielle Fraser

Director Danielle Fraser opened Greens Catering in 2012. Having always having a passion for food but also a clear business plan, Danielle initially opened Greens as a sandwich shop.

Within a short time, it was clear that the vision for Greens was much more involved and that bespoke wedding catering, professional corporate events and 100 percent homemade food at an affordable price was the future for Greens. In the past year alone Greens catering have provided outstanding wedding catering for over 15 weddings and over 300 corporate events.

Danielle has also made working with the best of Loughborough's venues a prime goal and is proud to announce the company's contracts with venues such as Nanpantan Hall and The Loughborough Town Hall, all of which we chosen on the company's family ethics and willingness to be able to work with any budget.

Ashley Harrison

Head Chef Ashley Harrison joined Greens Catering in March. Having trained at College Court, Ashley specializes in fine dining classic menus with a modern twist.

Since joining Greens Ashley has seen the company grow significantly and has since recruited an understudy to cope with the daily demand.

Ashley hopes to bring new aspects to the business for the coming future including festival catering and bespoke fine dining events at Greens Premises.


Michal joined Greens in 2017, having now spent 6 months with the Company he is a dedicated member bringing his of wealth expertise to the business.

Having had a passion for food his whole life, Michal trained in hospitality in his home land of Poland, he then chose to move to England to further his career and training.

He spent three years working at a large Leicester-based conference centre, firstly becoming a KP and then broadening his expertise to being an accomplished Pastry chef.

Michal's passion is pastry, cakes and sweets and has quickly developed into a key member of the Greens Team.
