Green's were delighted to be asked to provide a delicious selection of canapes for the Leicestershire Round Table's Valentines Ball. From edible spoons topped with lime and coriander chicken to mini prawn cocktails in shot glasses, all of the 1000 canapes that were provided went down a treat and certainly set the guests up for the amazing night of great food and entertainment that followed. Us Green's guys were delighted to be a part of this amazing night and especially enjoyed the after diner dancing that followed !!

A fabulous time was had by all at the Gala night provided by Green's, which was attended by 160 VIP guests, including local media, councillors and other local dignitaries. The theme of the evening was a Medieval Banquet with the menu and decoration all provided by Green's, with the star of the show undoubtably being the fabulous cake of cheese.

"I am delighted to say that on Friday you delivered everything that we requested and helped us in surpassing our guests expectations" Was just one of the outstanding comments received from this amazing evening.
